TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDING 30 JUNE 2021

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s earnings per share and
headline earnings per share are expected to be at least 350% (168
cents) higher for the six months ending 30 June 2021 when compared
to the loss per share and headline loss per share of 48 cents for
the six months ended 30 June 2020. A further trading statement for
the six months ending 30 June 2021 will be released on SENS once
the Company has reasonable certainty regarding the extent of the
expected increase in its results for the six months ending 30 June
2021.

The expected increase in earnings is mainly due to stronger market
conditions in 2021.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based
has not been reviewed and reported on by the Company’s external
auditors.

The results for the six months ending 30 June 2021 are expected to
be announced on SENS on or about 9 September 2021.
