ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION AT THE MRI ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


MRI shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 20 May 2021 wherein they were
advised, inter alia, that the annual general meeting of MRI shareholders will be held in the boardroom of
Gillian Gamsy International Communications at 51 West Street, Houghton at 2pm on Friday, 18 June 2021
(the “AGM”).

Shareholders are hereby advised that due to the increase in positive Covid-19 cases and the possible third
wave being upon us, the AGM will not be held in person, but will instead be conducted solely by electronic
participation at 2pm on Friday, 18 June 2021.

With reference to page 45 of the annual report (of which the AGM notice forms part), the Company had
provided for electronic participation by shareholders at the AGM: however the deadline for shareholders to
register for participation was on Tuesday, 8 June 2021 (“Registration Deadline”).

For practical purposes, the Company hereby extends the Registration Deadline to Tuesday, 15 June 2021.
Shareholders are encouraged to register for electronic participation at the AGM by emailing Computershare
at the following address: Proxy@Computershare.co.za

Once the registration process has been completed, the transfer secretary of the Company, Computershare
Investor Services Proprietary Limited will, prior to the AGM, provide a link in order to participate in the AGM
to all shareholders who have been verified as such in terms of Section 63(1) of the Companies Act (No 71
of 2008).
