RELEASE OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2021

Further to the announcements by the Company dated 13 May 2021 and 21 May 2021
respectively relating to the publication of the financial results for the year ended 28
February 2021 (“FY results”), shareholders are advised that the FY results for Famous
Brands will be published on SENS by no later than 17h30 on Monday, 31 May 2021.
