Tharisa will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2021 on Thursday,
27 May 2021. The announcement will be released on SENS at 07:05 (Johannesburg UTC +2) and RNS at
07:00 (London UTC +1). The Reviewed Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements will be

About Tharisa
Tharisa is an integrated resource group incorporating mining, processing, exploration and the
beneficiation, marketing, sales and logistics of PGMs and chrome concentrates. Its principal asset is the
Tharisa Mine located in the South-Western Limb of the Bushveld complex, South Africa. The mechanised
