A production update for the six months ended 31 March 2021 was released on the JSE Stock Exchange News Service and LSE Regulatory News Service on 13 April 2021. The production report highlighted operational improvements on all measured metrics and noted the improved PGM basket price and increased chrome concentrate prices received by Tharisa. Tharisa is preparing its financial statements for the interim results for the FY2021 financial year, with the Reviewed Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements expected to be released on or about 27 May 2021. Tharisa’s basic earnings per share ('EPS') and headline earnings per share ('HEPS') for the six months ended 31 March 2021 are expected to be between US$ 21 and US$ 22 cents per share with a tolerance of 10%, relative to the EPS and HEPS of US$ 3.6 cents and US$ 3.7 cents per share for the six months ended 31 March 2020.
