NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE JSE PLACEMENT DOCUMENT

Noteholders are advised that the JSE Limited has approved amendments to the JSE Placement
Document, which document incorporates the Base Prospectus and the Additional South African Note
Conditions, in order to remove Société Générale as an issuer, as well as certain other general annual
updates.

A further SENS announcement will be published once the updated JSE Placement Document is
available on the Issuer’s website.
