NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND SECTION 3.83(b) OF THE
JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS


The company hereby confirms that it has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies
Act, No.71 of 2008 (“Companies Act”) in terms of which Thebe Investment Corporation (Pty) Limited,
through Main Street 661 (Pty) Limited, has disposed of its entire beneficial interest of 5 995 984
(11,33%) shares in the total issued ordinary share capital of the company to Mineworkers Investment
Company (RF) (Pty) Limited, through MIC Investment Holdings (Pty) Limited.

As required in terms of Section 122 (3)(a) of the Companies Act, the company filed the required
notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel (“TRP”) on 22 April 2021. The requisite notice from the
acquirer has been received and has been filed with the TRP.
