NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF AGM AND BEE COMPLIANCE

Shareholders are advised that Mpact’s Integrated Report together with the
Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 (“AFS”) has
been published on the Company’s website at www.mpact.co.za/investor-
relations.

The AFS, as contained in the Integrated Report, are unchanged from the
preliminary report for the same period, published on SENS on 5 March 2021.

NOTICE OF AGM

The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for the year ended 31 December 2020 will
be held on Thursday, 3 June 2021 at 13:00. Shareholders are advised that the
summarised AFS for the year ended 31 December 2020, together with the Notice
of AGM, will be published and distributed on Friday, 30 April 2021. The
record date for shareholders to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM is
Friday, 28 May 2021. Accordingly, the last day to trade in the Company’s
shares in order to be recorded in the share register is Tuesday, 25 May
2021.


BEE COMPLIANCE REPORT

The annual compliance report in terms of Section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based
Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act, No 46 of 2013, is also available
on the Company’s website at www.mpact.com/governance/bbbee.
