CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised of the following changes to the Company’s board and its committees:

Resignation of non-executive director:

Mr John (Jock) McKenzie tendered his resignation as a non-executive director of the board,
and as a member of both the remuneration and nominations and audit and risk committees,
effective 30 June 2021. Jock was appointed to the board in 2009 and he has elected to retire
after a service of twelve years. The board thanks Jock for his valued contribution to the
company and wishes him well in his retirement.

Remuneration and nominations committee:

Mr Neil Brown has been appointed as a member of the remunerations and nominations
committee with effect from 7 April 2021.

Social, ethics and transformation committee:

Mr Phakamani Hadebe has been appointed as a member of the social, ethics and
transformation committee with effect from 7 April 2021.

Mr Anton Pillay and Prof Alex Watson have tendered their resignations as members of the
social, ethics and transformation committee, effective 7 April 2021.

Audit and risk committee:

Ms Madichaba Nhlumayo and Mr Saks Ntombela have been nominated as members of the
audit and risk committee. Their appointments are subject to the approval by shareholders at
the Company’s annual general meeting scheduled to take place in February 2022.
