FURTHER UPDATE ON CATEGORY 2 DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY


Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 30 November 2020, 9 December 2020, and 2
February 2021, wherein Invicta advised of a Category 2 disposal of a rental enterprise by Invicta
Properties (Pty) Ltd to Pathisa Properties Two (Pty) Ltd (the “Purchaser”) in respect of erfs 5434 and 859,
Samrand Business Park.

Due to further funding delays on the part of the Purchaser, the parties have agreed to another addendum
to the agreement, in terms of which:

  •   The Purchaser has undertaken to pay a further non-refundable R3 million deposit on 15 April 2021;
  •   Undertakings have been provided for the balance of the purchase price by the Purchaser, with
      bank guarantees to be provided by no later than 15 May 2021.
