AUDITED ANNUAL CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER
2020, DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Administration expenses increased by 15% to R75.44 million, from R65.64 million in the
     prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) decreased by 47% to 3.17 cents per share, from a
     Headline earnings of 5.95 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share (“EPS”) decreased by 47% to 3.18 cents per share, from a 5.95 cents
     earnings per share (Restated) in the prior corresponding period.

3.   DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

     Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
     integrated annual report (“Integrated Annual Report”), incorporating the full audited
     consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31
     December 2020 (“Annual Financial Statements”) and the notice of the annual general
     meeting of the Company (“Notice of AGM”) was distributed to Shareholders today, 30
     March 2021.

     The Integrated Report and the Annual Financial Statements will also be available on the
     Company’s website, at www.wesizwe.com as from today, 30 March 2021.

4.   NOTICE OF AGM

     Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held via video
     conference on Friday, 7 May 2021 at 09h00 to transact the business as set out in the
     notice of AGM which forms part of the Integrated Annual Report.

     The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
     Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 30 April 2021, with the last day to
     trade being Monday, 26 April 2021.
