All of the above direct beneficial transactions, by the three executive directors of Stor-Age,
relate to the sale of shares acquired in terms of the Stor-Age Property REIT Limited Share
Purchase And Option Scheme (the “Scheme”). The proceeds from the sales are to be
used to settle their respective loan obligations in terms of the Scheme. The Scheme has
been superseded by a Conditional Share Plan adopted by shareholders in February 2019.
