CHANGES TO THE BOARD

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 21 December 2020,
advising shareholders, inter alia, that Dr John Peter Wentzel (“Dr Wentzel”) will replace
Mr Phil Roux (“Mr Roux”) as chief executive officer (“CEO”) of the Company with effect from
1 April 2021.

The board is pleased to announce that Mr Roux has agreed to remain an executive director
of the Company until 30 April 2020 in order to assist Dr Wentzel as the new CEO and to ensure
a seamless transition.
