                                 CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors of RH Bophelo
(“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms. Refiloe Mmamodiane Nkadimeng has resigned as
Non-Executive Director of the Company and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee with effect
from 05 March 2021. Post Ms. Nkadimeng’s resignation, the Audit and Risk Committee comprises of three
(3) members being Ms. Dinao Lerutla, Dr. Kgaogelo Ntshwana and Dr. Solomon Motuba.

Ms. Nkadimeng’s resignation was as a result of her current position as the Chief Financial Officer of African
Rainbow Capital, precluding her from sitting on other companies’ boards. The Board wishes to thank Ms.
Nkadimeng for her valuable contribution to the Company.
