COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGE

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr. Whitney Green has resigned as the Company Secretary of Dis-Chem with effect
from 28 February 2021.

The board of directors thanks Mr. Green for his past services and contribution to the Company since
the initial listing on the JSE in 2016 and wishes him all the best with his future endeavours.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Nikki Lumley as the Company Secretary of
Dis-Chem with effect from 1 March 2021. Ms. Lumley is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate of
the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.
