RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Bronwyn Baker has resigned as company secretary of Redefine, with
effect from 31 March 2021, to pursue other interests.

The board of directors thanks Bronwyn for her contribution to the company and wishes her well in
her future endeavors.

Redefine has commenced a process of identifying Bronwyn’s successor and shareholders will be
advised of the appointment of a new company secretary in due course.
