CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT – AMENDMENT TO NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the No Change Statement, Availability of
Integrated Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Availability
of B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report released on SENS on Monday, 28
December 2020 (“SENS Announcement”) wherein shareholders were given
notice of the annual general meeting (“Notice of AGM”) of shareholders
of AEEI to be held at 14h00 on Thursday, 25 February 2021.


Shareholders’ attention is drawn to Special Resolution Number 1
(“Special Resolution”) contained on page 8 in the Notice of AGM and
are advised that the 2020 annual remuneration of the non-executive
directors’ fees as contained in the Special Resolution were incorrect.
The Company has since corrected non-executive directors’ remuneration
as contained in the Special Resolution.
