ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYG4IR SECURITIES

SYG4IR has issued and will list an additional 1 500 000 securities with effect
from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of approximately ZAR
48.14 per security.

Following the listing of the 1500000 securities, there will be 39 416 436 SYG4IR
securities in issue.
