RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 18
November 2020 and are advised that negotiations are still on-going in respect of the non-
binding expression of interest for the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of a major
subsidiary of the Company which if successfully concluded represents an attractive
opportunity for the Company to monetise its investment in a major subsidiary.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a full announcement is released on SENS.
