PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGUS SECURITIES


SYGUS will partially delist 850000 securities from the JSE with commencement of
business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 53.26 per security.



Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 106594005 SYGUS
securities in issue.
