Nampak Limited’s Integrated Report for the year ended 30 September 2020
have     been      published     on     the     Nampak   website     at
http://www.nampak.com/investors/financial-information.

Every person who holds or has a beneficial interest in any securities
issued by the Company may obtain the 2020 Integrated Report, by either
downloading a copy from the Company’s website, or by requesting a copy
from   Group    Investor   Relations by    means  of   an   email   to
nondyebo.mqulwana@nampak.com, or a written request posted to PO Box
69983, Bryanston, 2021.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting

Nampak’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 9 February 2021
at 14:00 in the Luanda Boardroom, at Nampak House, Hampton Office Park,
20 Georgian Crescent East, Bryanston, 2191, South Africa to transact the
business stated in the notice.    The notice, incorporating a summary of
the Annual Financial Statements, will be distributed to shareholders on
15 December 2020, together with the 2020 Integrated Report, and has been
published on the Nampak website.      The record date for purposes of
determining which shareholders are entitled to receive the notice was
Friday, 4 December 2020. The record date for persons to be recorded as
shareholders in the securities register of the Company in order to be
able to attend, participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is
Friday, 29 January 2021. Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to
be registered in the Company’s securities register is Tuesday, 26 January
2021.
