RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 15 September 2020 and
4 November 2020, and to the circular distributed to Shareholders on 4 November 2020 regarding the specific
repurchase by Putprop of 1 488 098 Shares from the Sellers at a price of R3.13 per Share (“Circular”).
Terms defined in the Circular shall, unless otherwise stated, bear the same meaning in this announcement.

Shareholders are advised that, at the General Meeting, convened in terms of the notice of General Meeting
to Shareholders dated 4 November 2020, which was held today, all the resolutions were passed by the
requisite majority of Shareholders.

The number of Shares voted in person or by proxy was 31 345 463, representing 71.41% of the total issued
share capital of the same class of Putprop Shares.

The resolutions proposed at the General Meeting, together with the percentage of votes carried for and
against each resolution, together with the percentage of Shares abstained, are set out below:
