The JSE Limited has approved the listing of an additional 300 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity FOF ETF
securities with effect from commencement of business on Friday, 04 December 2020, at an issue price of
approximately R 57.8502 per security. Subsequent to this listing there will be 16 369 000 Ashburton Global
1200 Equity FOF ETF securities in issue.
