In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Sasfin
hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Grant Dunnington has retired as the Chair of the Human Resources and
Remuneration Committee (“the Committee”). Mr Dunnington will remain a member of the Committee.

Shareholders are further advised that Ms Eileen Wilton has been appointed as the new Chair of the Committee.
