the Attacq Limited Long-Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP”) which are subject to various performance conditions
set and agreed by the Remuneration and Nominations Committee and is in line with the strategic objectives
of the company. These awards will vest in three tranches on a 60%, 20%, 20% basis in 3, 4 and 5 years’ time
respectively.
