PUBLICATION OF US GAAP EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SECOND QUARTER OF FISCAL 2021


MiX Telematics changed from being a foreign private issuer to a U.S. domestic filer with effect from April 1, 2020. As
a result of the change in status, the Company is required to comply with and report its quarterly financial results in
accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States (“U.S. GAAP”) and in U.S. Dollars from
a United States Securities And Exchange Commission (“SEC”) perspective.

Shareholders are accordingly advised that the Company’s second quarter fiscal 2021 U.S. GAAP financial results was
filed on October 29, 2020 with the SEC and is available on the Company’s website, at www.mixtelematics.com under
Investor Information – SEC filings.
