Correction Announcement: Trading Statement RH BOPHELO LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 2016/533398/06) (JSE & RSE Share Code: RHB, ISIN:ZAE000244737) (“RH Bophelo” or “the Company") CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: TRADING STATEMENT Shareholders are referred to the trading statement released on the 27 October 2020 on SENS and are hereby advised that the trading ranges were incorrectly reflected. The correct trading ranges are set out below. The RH Bophelo Board of Directors hereby advises shareholders that the Company expects to report a basic earnings per share (“EPS”) and headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) attributable to ordinary shareholders for the period ended 31 August 2020 of between R2,76 and R2,82 per share compared to EPS and HEPS of R0,61 per share for the previous comparable period. The net asset value per share (“NAVPS”) has remains unchanged. The change in number was due to incorrect apportionment of the weighted average number of issued shares (“WANOS”). The incorrect apportionment was averaged for a 12 months period instead of a six months period. The difference when applied to the total number of shares held a material impact in the calculation, hence the correction. The financial information included in this trading statement has not been reviewed and reported on by the Company’s external auditors.
