RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of
shareholders of the company was held Wednesday, 21 October 2020. In
terms of the proposed ordinary and special resolutions, all
resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting
contained in the integrated report which was posted to shareholders
on 17 September 2020, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders present and voting, in person or by proxy.

Details of the results of voting at the general meeting are as
follows:
- Total number of issued ordinary shares: 161 155 915
- Total number of issued ordinary shares net of treasury shares
(“Total Votable Ordinary Shares”): 160 337 870
-   Total   number   of   issued   ordinary    shares which were
present/represented at the general meeting: 141 624 374 being
88.33% of the Total Votable Ordinary Shares.
