CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT



Shareholders are referred to the announcement of the Company’s audited financial results for
the year ended 30 June 2020 (“Results”), published on SENS on 23 September 2020. It has
come to Fairvest’s attention that, during the process of extracting the information from the
audited consolidated annual financial statements to the summarised audited consolidated
financial statements, the following immaterial typographical errors were made in relation to the
summarised consolidated statement of financial position:

    -   Non-current operating lease receivable was disclosed in the Results as R5,379,000,
        instead of the correct amount of R5,739,000; and
    -   Non-current asset held for sale was disclosed in the Results as R179,600,000, instead
        of the correct amount of R179,300,000.


Save for the above minor corrections, all other information contained in the Results remains
unchanged. Refer to https://fairvest.co.za/news/results/36 for a corrected version of the
Results.
