AMENDMENT TO FORM OF PROXY

Shareholders are referred to the Abridged Condensed Consolidated Audited Results for the year ended
30 June 2020 announcement released on SENS on 4 September 2020.

It has come to the attention of the Company that the venue for the Annual General Meeting of the Company which
is to be held at 11:00 on Wednesday, 4 November 2020, as set out in the Form of Proxy incorporated in Putprop’s
2020 integrated annual report for the year ended 30 June 2020 (“2020 IAR”) and distributed to shareholders on
4 September 2020, refers to the 91 Protea Road Chislehurston, Sandton instead of Larimar Limited, Gaetano
Auditorium, 32 Milky Way Avenue, Linbro Business Park, Linbro Park Sandton.

The Form of Proxy incorporated in the 2020 IAR has now been replaced with an amended Form of Proxy which
correctly refers to the venue for the Annual General Meeting, and is available on the Company’s website,
www.putprop.co.za/integrated-reports.html

The aforementioned does not affect the validity of any Proxy Form already submitted or to be submitted in respect
of all resolutions to be presented at the annual general meeting of Putprop to be held at 11:00 on Wednesday,
4 November 2020.
