Shareholders are further advised that the integrated report, containing the summarised
consolidated group financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2020, was dispatched to
shareholders today, 14 September 2020, and contains no modifications to the reviewed results
which were announced on SENS on 17 June 2020. The integrated report is also available at

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 12:00 on
Thursday, 15 October 2020, at the registered offices of the Company, Suite 801, 76 Regent
Road, Sea Point to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM which forms part of
the integrated report.
Please note that a supplementary notice of AGM has been issued due to the change of
directorship, as disseminated on SENS, on the 7 September 2020. The supplementary notice

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 9 October 2020 and the last day to trade

COMPLIANCE REPORT
In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listing

and annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act have been published and
