Ukusekela secures R1 billion supply agreement

Shareholders are referred to the recent SENS announcements regarding the proposed acquisition
of Ukusekela Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Ukusekela”). Nutritional Holdings is pleased to announce to
shareholders that Ukusekela has signed an agreement for the supply of “The Ultimate Immune
Booster” to a leading manufacturing and distribution company in Germany. The contract spans over
three years and is scheduled to begin in the middle of October 2020 with an initial volume of 50 000
units per month for the first year which will ultimately grow to 200 000 units per month by year three,
totaling a contract value in excess of R1 billion.

Germany is the third largest medical cannabis market in the world and is currently the frontrunner
in Europe. This combined with the national footprint the company possesses, provides Nutritional
Holdings with the ideal supply chain to pioneer the full depth of the fast-growing German market
and be well positioned to capture a share in other neighboring European markets.
