TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), regulation 121(2)(b) 
of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Hospitality has received notification from Tsogo Sun Hotels Limited (“TSH”) that it has acquired a
further 0,42% of Hospitality’s total issued share capital.

Tsogo Sun Investments Proprietary Limited, Hospitality’s majority shareholder at 59,15%, is wholly owned by TSH.
The acquisition of 0,42% of Hospitality’s issued share capital by TSH, increases the total holding of the Tsogo Sun
Hotels Group to 75,39%. In this regard, shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement made by TSH on
20 July 2020.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, Hospitality has filed the required notice with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.
