NOTIFICATION OF A FURTHER DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF THE COMPANY’S FINANCIAL
RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2020

Nictus shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on SENS on
16 April 2020, wherein Shareholders were advised that the publication and distribution of the
Company’s financial results for the year ended 31 March 2020 (“FY2020 Results”) would be delayed
and that it was anticipated that the FY2020 Results would be published on 31 August 2020.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the publication and distribution of the FY2020 Results will be
further delayed. It is anticipated that the FY2020 Results, including notice of the Company’s annual
general meeting, will be published and distributed on or about 14 September 2020.
