Shareholders are advised that the company’s annual financial statements for the year ended
29 February 2020 will be posted to shareholders on 21 August 2020 and contains no
modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on 12 June 2020. SVG
audited these results and the annual financial statements of the company and their reports
are available for inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be held on
Wednesday, 23 September 2020 at 11h00 by electronic communication, to transact business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting. The record date on which shareholders
must be registered to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting is Friday 18
September 2020 and the last day to trade is Tuesday,15 September 2020.
