UPDATE RE DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS

Shareholders are referred to the trading statement announcement published on SENS on 16 July 2020
wherein shareholders were advised inter alia that the Group’s annual financial results for the financial
year ended 29 February 2020 were expected to be published on or before 31 July 2020 and to the
announcement published on SENS on 28 July 2020 regarding the delay in publication of annual
financial results.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Group’s annual financial results will be published on Friday,
21 August 2020.

The trading statement remains unchanged.
