A. NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer shall, on 21 August 2020, redeem the Class A11 Notes issued by
the Issuer on 21 August 2017 in an amount of ZAR994,000,000 under stock code SPDA11 (the
"Notes"), which Notes were issued under the Issuer's ZAR10,000,000,000 asset backed domestic
medium term note programme established in terms of a programme memorandum dated on or about
24 August 2011 ("Programme Memorandum"), as amended and restated on or about 5 August 2019.
The Scheduled Maturity Date of the Notes is 21 August 2020.
The record date applicable to the redemption of the Notes shall be on 20 August 2020 at 13:30.

Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, and not otherwise defined herein, shall have the
meanings assigned to such terms and expressions in the Programme Memorandum.
