NOTICE BY THE COMPANY OF THE FULL REPURCHASE OF THE MIIL03 NOTES

This Notice references the Tranche of Unsecured Fixed Rate Notes listed on the Interest Rate Market of
the JSE under stock code number MIIL03; ISIN: ZAG000153651 issued by the Company, under the
Macquarie Internationale Investments Limited ZAR10,000,000,000 Debt Instrument Programme pursuant
to the Amended and Updated Programme Memorandum, dated 30 March 2012, as amended and/or
supplemented from time to time (the MIIL03 Notes).

Noteholders are advised that the Company will, on 24 August 2020, fully repurchase the MIIL03 Notes from
the only Noteholder of MIIL03 Notes, in an aggregate Nominal Amount of ZAR 600,000,000 plus accrued
interest of ZAR 138,030,410.96 (the Repurchase) pursuant the terms and conditions set out in the section
of the Amended and Updated Programme Memorandum, dated 30 March 2012, headed "Terms and
Conditions of the Notes" (the Terms and Conditions).

The total Nominal Amount of the MIIL03 Notes prior to the Repurchase is ZAR 600,000,000. Following the
Repurchase of the MIIL03 Notes the balance of the Nominal Amount of the MIIL03 Notes will be zero.

The Repurchase will be settled through Strate Proprietary Limited.

Notice of the Repurchase was given to Noteholders, in terms of the Terms and Conditions, on or about
30 July 2020.
