FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT


Further to the initial trading statement released on SENS on 23 June 2020, shareholders
are advised that for the six months ended 30 June 2020, SOH expects to report:

   •   a loss per share (“LPS”) and headline loss per share (“HLPS”) from continuing
       operations of 6.9 cents per share (“cps”), being more than 100% lower than the
       earnings per share of 1.6 cps and the headline earnings per share of 1.7 cps for
       the six months ended 30 June 2019;

   •   earnings per share (“EPS”) and headline earnings per shares (“HEPS”) from
       discontinuing operations of 0.4 cps, being 71% lower than the EPS and HEPS of
       1.4 cps for the six months ended 30 June 2019; and

   •   a LPS and HLPS of 6.5 cps, being more than 100% lower than the EPS of 3cps and
       the HEPS of 3.1cps for the six months ended 30 June 2019.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed
and reported on by the Company’s external auditors. The results for the six months ended
30 June 2020 are expected to be published on or about 6 August 2020.
