DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS

Shareholders are referred to the trading statement announcement published on SENS on 16 July 2020
wherein shareholders were advised inter alia that the Group’s annual financial results for the financial
year ended 29 February 2020 were expected to be published on or before 31 July 2020.

Due to the finalisation of certain technical aspects of the audit being delayed Insimbi do not expect to
meet this deadline as anticipated. Accordingly, the Group’s annual financial results will be published
during August 2020 once all necessary processes have been finalised.

The trading statement is otherwise unchanged.
