In the matter of Intu (Jersey) 2 Limited (the "Company")
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Company pursuant to article 160(1)(b) of the Companies
(Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held
at Ogier (Jersey) LLP, 44 Esplanade St Helier Jersey JE4 9WG on Tuesday 11 August at 3:00
p.m. (UK) at which time a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the
creditors, the nomination of Michael Robert Pink of KPMG LLP, 15 Canada Square, London,
E14 5GL and Linda Johnson of KPMG Channel Islands Ltd, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey
JE4 8WQ as liquidators of the Company will be proposed, and the Liquidators’ remuneration
will be fixed, all for the purpose of a creditors' winding up of the Company.
Such information concerning the Company's affairs as creditors of the Company may
reasonably require will be furnished free of charge by the Company during normal business
