CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT



Shareholders are advised that Mettle is in discussions with Tradehold Limited regarding the potential
acquisition of its 10% shareholding in Reward Investments Limited (“RIL”), the holding company of
Reward Finance Group Limited (‘the Proposed Acquisition”). If implemented, the Proposed Acquisition
would result in RIL becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mettle. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to exercise caution when dealing in their Mettle shares until a further announcement is made.
