Shareholders are hereby advised that Tongaat will be placing reliance on the Market Notice and the extension afforded therein as it is expected that the publication and distribution of the Company's financial results for the year ended 31 March 2020 will be delayed. Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 24 June 2020 where shareholders have been advised that the release of the annual results for the year ended 31 March 2020 is provisionally scheduled for 31 July 2020.
