CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of directors of the Company (“Board”) is pleased to inform shareholders, in
accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, that Mr. Tyrone
Moodley (“Mr. Moodley”) has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company
with effect from 9 July 2020.

Mr. Moodley obtained his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Johannesburg.
He has over 15 years’ experience in investment-related activities, business development and
corporate finance, with his focus being on the financial, property development and retail
sectors, respectively.

The Board welcomes Mr. Moodley and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
