RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FROM THE BOARD
OF SUPER GROUP.

Super Group regrets to announce the resignation of Mr Oyama
Mabandla from the board of Super Group with immediate effect. Mr
Mabandla is the Chairman of a Public Company which has concluded
an agreement pursuant whereto it will control the business of
ENX. ENX is a direct competitor of Super Group and therefore Mr
Mabandla is unable to continue as a director of Super Group.

Mr Mabandla has been a non-executive board member since 1
September 2018.

The Board would like to thank Mr Mabandla for his valuable input
and contribution since joining the Board in 2018 and wish him
well in his new endevours.
