The JSE Listings Requirements requires the audited annual financial statements and the notice of annual general meeting to be distributed to shareholders within four months after the end of a company’s financial year-end. Peregrine published provisional reviewed condensed consolidated results for the year ended 31 March 2020 on 23 June 2020. As a result of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and resultant national lockdown, Peregrine shareholders are advised that the Company will be relying on the two-month extension granted by the FSCA for the publication of the Company’s audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2020 and the annual report containing the notice of annual general meeting, which was due to be published on or before 31 July 2020.
