Sasfin shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS and
in the press on 25 and 26 May 2020 respectively and are advised that discussions regarding the unsolicited
conditional non-binding offer Sasfin received for its entire minority interest in Efficient Group Limited, are
ongoing.

Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further detailed announcement is made.
