RESIGNATION OF COO/CIO

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors
of Delta (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders of the resignation of Mr Otis Tshabalala both as director
from the Board and as Chief Operating Officer/Chief Investment Officer with immediate effect. Mr
Tshabalala will however complete his three months’ notice period up to 30 September 2020.

The Board will update shareholders on the appointment of a suitable replacement in due course.

Chairman of the Board, Mr JB Magwaza commented:

“Otis has been with Delta since 2012 and was appointed as COO/CIO in June 2016. He was a highly
respected member of the Board and his significant contribution to Delta will be sorely missed.

Otis brought with him a wealth of property knowledge and experience as well as strong principles and
values. The Board extends their best wishes to Otis as he pursues other opportunities within the sector.”
