CHANGE IN AUDITOR

Shareholders are advised that RSM South Africa Incorporated will be appointed as external auditors to
Acsion with effect from 7 August 2020. The designated audit partner being Mr Gary Frederick Parker.

Deloitte & Touche will resign as auditors of the Company with effect from 6 August 2020.
