ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION – WORKFORCE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are referred to the ‘Rescheduling of Annual General Meeting and Impact of COVID-19
Restrictions’ announcement released on SENS on 28 May 2020 wherein it was advised, inter alia, that
shareholders may be required to participate in the annual general meeting via electronic means only, rather
than in person.

Shareholders are hereby advised that due to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the
restrictions placed on public gatherings, the annual general meeting which is to be held at 10:00 on Monday,
6 July 2020 will not be held in person at the Company’s registered offices, but will be held by electronic
participation only.

Shareholders are referred to the notice of annual general meeting and Appendix 1 thereto included in the
Company’s 2019 Integrated Annual Report for instructions on how to participate electronically at the annual
general meeting. The 2019 Integrated Annual Report is available on Workforce’s website and can be accessed
at following the link: https://www.workforce.co.za/annual-reports/
